Registration Specialist

What you'll do

• Register patients and verify demographics, insurance, prior authorizations, and documentation
• collect copayments and enter patient information into scheduling and registration systems
• greet visitors, answer phones, and respond to inquiries
• coordinate reception activities
• maintain patient records and confidentiality
• communicate with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• support quality, safety, and risk initiatives
• maintain front-desk and nourishment areas
• perform clerical duties and manage supplies.
