What you'll do

• Manage the site safety program and housekeeping standards
• support implementation of site and company initiatives
• coach and develop employees
• reinforce the operating system
• assist the Site Manager with maintenance performance indicators and root-cause analysis
• review work orders and schedules
• assist with expense management and approve team overtime
• communicate equipment status and priorities to the customer.
