What you'll do

• Advise clients on U.S. and international privacy laws, including state privacy laws, GDPR, GLBA, and HIPAA
• draft and negotiate privacy policies and data processing agreements
• counsel on cookies, tracking, and data collection
• manage incident response and regulatory notifications
• advise on regulator and law enforcement interactions
• conduct transaction due diligence
• counsel on data governance, vendor risk, transfers, retention, and compliance
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
