What you'll do

• Manage North Carolina foreclosure files through post-sale stages, including upset-bid periods and final file completion.
• Verify sale results, coordinate purchaser documentation and funds, prepare and record deeds and other post-sale documents, and calculate proceeds, costs, fees, taxes, and commissions.
• Maintain case-system and client-portal updates, meet milestones and deadlines, perform quality-control reviews, and escalate legal, title, accounting, or compliance issues requiring review.
