What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and hold Sales Consultants accountable for performance and customer care.
• Oversee lead management, CRM documentation, follow-up, deal desk work, negotiations, and manager takeovers.
• Coordinate handoffs with the Finance and Insurance team, monitor sales and customer satisfaction metrics, and communicate department performance and staffing needs to dealership leadership.
