What you'll do

• Operate and maintain injection molding equipment
• lead complex mold, tooling, automation, and end-of-arm-tooling setups
• program and optimize robotics
• develop and validate molding processes
• support production startups and first article inspection approval
• maintain process documentation
• analyze process capability
• troubleshoot complex molding and automation issues
• identify root causes and reinforce standards.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of thermoplastic injection molding process technician experience and a high school diploma or GED. Scientific molding experience is required; RJG certification is preferred. Medical and automotive molding experience is a plus.
