Case Manager - Saginaw

This position does require working in the community and performing home visits. - Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution required. - LLBSW, LBSW, LLMSW, LMSW, LMFT preferred. The Case Manager primary responsibilities include: Coordinate all services necessary to maximize consumer recovery and independence for individuals with mental illness.
