What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living in participants’ homes
• assist with laundry, light housekeeping, shopping, and light meal preparation
• measure and document vital signs as instructed
• escort participants to medical appointments
• support home exercise programs as directed by the care plan after training
• provide translation services as needed.
