What you'll do

• Direct custodial supervisors and staff
• organize and assign cleaning and maintenance work
• ensure contract terms, safety procedures, and quality programs are followed
• maintain customer relationships and resolve service issues
• hire, train, develop, and review employees
• oversee supplies, equipment, purchasing, and subcontractors
• support client workers through rehabilitation counseling, training, and assistance
• prepare reports and meeting materials
• fill in for supervisors and crew leads as needed.
