What you'll do

• Build and maintain working relationships with staff
• complete monthly nursing schedules and coordinate time-off requests and shift coverage across units
• ensure compliance with facility staffing, scheduling, and labor policies
• maintain accurate, current scheduling records
• communicate updates to staff and leadership
• assist with scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps.
