What you'll do

• Resolve complex billing, payment, collection, and customer account issues
• guide Finance staff and business partners on billing and payment procedures
• coordinate invoice preparation, review, and distribution
• maintain accurate billing records
• prepare journal entries for accruals and revenue recognition
• oversee payment application and reconciliation and resolve exceptions.
