Reinsurance Account Manager — Farm Bureau Client Relations

The Reinsurance Account Manager — Farm Bureau Client Relations role is hybrid, based in Schaumburg, IL, with at least three days per week in the office and 15–25% travel. The expected starting salary range is $150,000–$200,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The role supports AmericanAg's Farm Bureau Client Relations Team and its reinsurance programs. The account manager supports the Account Executive with day-to-day account servicing, operational execution, data coordination, and administrative work. By coordinating with internal teams, brokers, and reinsurers and preparing accurate client materials, the role helps deliver timely, high-quality service and meet client commitments.

What you'll do

• Assist with account servicing and coordinate with the account team, internal partners, and brokers
• help coordinate annual renewals and prepare market visit materials, submissions, presentations, and placement documents
• run reports, analyze data, and assemble presentations
• coordinate with partners to meet client expectations and service commitments
• maintain account documentation and records
• respond to inquiries
• participate in corporate initiatives, training, and process improvement
• gather documentation for audit, compliance, and regulatory requests
• attend client meetings, events, and industry conferences.
