What you'll do

• Identify and troubleshoot batch quality-control result abnormalities and take action as able
• test production samples according to SOPs and record results
• support projects and continuous improvement
• understand customer requirements and determine batch adjustments as needed
• collaborate with QC, production, and technical teams on batch disposition
• maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as assigned
• prioritize daily work
• maintain ancillary inventory and support 6S
• maintain the Delaware Quality Management System
• complete assigned X-matrix and root-cause-analysis tasks.
