Contracts Manager This is an onsite position in Preble, NY, with a salary range of $101,600 - $132,000 per year. Saab is a leading defense and security company. Saab, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Contracts Manager to support the proposal, negotiation, and execution of a diverse portfolio of contracts within its Air Traffic Management (ATM) and Defense business unit. This role is crucial for managing complex contracts and ensuring compliance with regulations.

What you'll do

• Negotiate complex contract terms and conditions.
• Manage contracts throughout all phases.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and government regulations.
• Support capture efforts and proposal development.
• Review proposals for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Engage with management, customer, and supplier leadership.
• Prepare and present contractual analyses.
• Contribute to organizational vision and business objectives.
• Lead process improvement efforts.
• Provide technical contractual guidance.
• Apply a global perspective.
• Identify future infrastructure enhancements.

What we're looking for

Education

BA/BS degree in Business or a related discipline

Experience

BA/BS degree in Business or a related discipline with 13+ years of experience, or an MBA/JD with 11+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
