What you'll do

• Greet and assist guests overnight
• process check-ins and check-outs and balance accounts
• perform nightly audits and reconcile daily transactions
• review online travel agency reservations and verify arrivals
• assign RCI units to rooms as required
• process no-shows for marketing reservations
• conduct registration audits
• process card and cash payments
• manage key control
• answer and direct calls
• complete overnight checklists and follow company policies.
