What you'll do

• Manage the marketing task board and calendar, track deadlines, send reminders, and flag risks
• research and coordinate conference applications, registration, travel, and sponsor paperwork
• track PR agency actions and invoices
• schedule meetings and prepare agendas and follow-ups
• route NDAs and contracts and track quotes, invoices, and expenses
• coordinate lab tours, filming days, panels, and the annual Forum
• provide weekly status updates.
