What you'll do

• Guide full life-cycle recruiting for Inspection Center hourly and leadership roles
• plan and execute high-volume recruiting strategies
• hire, develop, coach, and manage recruiter performance
• analyze recruiting data and maintain staffing and pipeline reports
• collaborate with hiring managers and partner teams
• develop sourcing approaches
• improve candidate experience, interview practices, funnel-building, reporting, and quality of hire.
