What you'll do

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software, network, and user-account issues
• troubleshoot and resolve help desk tickets
• install and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• support Windows and business applications
• manage user accounts and access
• perform routine maintenance and security patching
• troubleshoot VPN and connectivity issues
• maintain IT inventory and documentation
• participate in an on-call support rotation as required
• escalate complex issues.
