What you'll do

• Lead the pre-award contracting lifecycle for competitive proposals, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs and teaming agreements
• coordinate agreement reviews with legal counsel and senior leadership
• assess solicitations for contractual risks and compliance requirements
• collaborate on compliant proposal sections and lead proposal volumes
• build relationships with customer contracting officers, primes, and internal stakeholders
• maintain contracting documentation and data integrity
• escalate risks to the VP of Strategic Acquisition.

Why this role

Requires U.S. citizenship, active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a bachelor's degree, and 8+ years of government contracts administration experience, including 4+ years in defense or intelligence. Full-time reporting to a classified SCIF is required, with occasional flexibility when coordinated in advance.
