The Inside Sales Associate, Technology & Security Solutions is an onsite, full-time role in Detroit, MI. Pay is $20–$25 per hour. The Staff Pad is recruiting for a distributor of security, low-voltage, and technology solutions. The associate develops customer relationships, identifies sales opportunities, and provides product guidance while coordinating orders with internal teams. The role supports customer service, successful project outcomes, and branch growth.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain customer relationships
• prospect new customers through calls, email, referrals, and other business development
• follow up on leads and quotes
• recommend products and provide technical guidance
• handle customer inquiries, orders, and service requests
• document activity in CRM and ERP systems
• coordinate with operations, purchasing, logistics, and accounting
• meet sales, margin, and customer engagement goals
• maintain accurate pricing and order information.

Why this role

Three years of experience in inside sales, business development, account management, customer service, or a related field required. Experience with security, low-voltage, surveillance, access control, electrical distribution, or technology solutions is highly preferred.
