What you'll do

• Prepare and revise provider agreements and related documents
• review contract information for accuracy and completeness
• coordinate routing, signatures, and finalization
• track contract status and address delays or information gaps
• maintain and validate contract data in applicable systems
• resolve data and process discrepancies with internal partners
• support provider demographic updates, contract manager reassignment, RightFax folder organization, and renewal and amendment mailings
• recommend workflow and documentation improvements.
