The Building Automation Systems (BAS) Engineer role is onsite in Raleigh, NC; compensation is not specified. The position supports Hoffman Building Technologies’ building automation projects. The role designs and administers BAS solutions by translating mechanical and electrical plans and customer requirements into design packages, programming system databases, supporting field teams, and checking system operability during installation.

What you'll do

• Review mechanical and electrical plans, specifications, and customer requirements
• produce design packages using CAD software and Microsoft Office, including sequences of operation, wiring diagrams, schematics, bills of materials, and schedules
• program and build software databases
• provide technical support to project field teams
• quality-check system operability before and during installation.

Why this role
