Maintenance Assistant

What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance and minor plumbing, painting, drywall, and light electrical repairs
• maintain the residence, common areas, and grounds
• prepare vacant rooms or apartments
• respond to repair requests
• follow safety, fire, and OSHA guidelines
• transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities
• assist residents entering and exiting vehicles, including wheelchair lifts when needed
• complete inspections and report safety concerns or repairs.
