Senior Product Manager – Cost Management

Job overview

The Senior Product Manager – Cost Management role is hybrid and based in Austin, TX. The base pay range is $168,560–$231,770 per year; the role may also be eligible for equity compensation and/or bonus incentive compensation. The position reports to the Group Product Manager, Cost Management, and supports Procore’s construction-finance product area. The product manager owns strategy and roadmap work for one or more Cost Management tools, translating complex financial workflows into reliable product experiences. Through customer discovery, detailed requirements, cross-functional coordination, and outcome metrics, the role helps construction-industry customers manage project costs and financial information across the product platform.

What you'll do

• Develop construction-finance domain expertise
• own and drive strategy and roadmap for Cost Management tools from discovery through delivery and iteration
• partner with UX designers and engineers to design and deliver solutions
• coordinate with Cost Management and adjacent product areas, including Project Management, Resource Management, and ERP Integrations
• engage customers through discovery, beta programs, and feedback
• translate financial use cases into detailed requirements
• define and track OKRs and metrics
• communicate the product vision to engineering, go-to-market, and executive stakeholders.
