What you'll do

• Lead and develop the project management team

• manage project-management services, resources, finances, business generation, and training
• set team strategy aligned with the business plan
• support knowledge management and process improvement
• ensure quality standards and participate in audits
• develop priority plans and performance measures
• build client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
• prepare proposals and RFP responses
• mentor staff and plan staffing needs.
