What you'll do

• Process procurement requests
• prepare RFQs and organize supplier quotations
• create and manage purchase orders and change orders
• coordinate scope, pricing, budgets, and delivery requirements
• track open orders
• support supplier onboarding and records
• resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies
• assist with procurement reporting, spend analysis, sourcing, and process improvements.
