What you'll do

• Identify and recruit flatbed carriers through warm leads, cold outreach, and research
• book loads and resolve shipment problems
• partner with Customer Sales to grow new and existing shippers
• develop long-term carrier partnerships
• maintain carrier relationships and meet service KPIs set by carrier leadership
• coordinate with Customer Sales to support customer service.
