What you'll do

• Complete six to eight months of training and evaluations
• manage daily produce department operations
• work with store management on promotions and sales targets
• maintain attractive, fresh, stocked displays
• order and receive produce
• manage FIFO rotation, shrink, inventory counts, cooler and backroom organization
• follow merchandising, handling, storage, labeling, and food-safety standards
• schedule, coach, train, mentor, and review employees
• maintain a safe and clean workplace.
