What you'll do

• Design and deliver enrichment lesson plans aligned with the DREAM program model
• for grades 4–8, guide activities toward a project or presentation
• collaborate with Youth Workers and program leaders
• embed literacy in instruction
• prepare materials and clean up
• encourage positive participation
• model professional behavior
• and follow health and safety protocols. The seasonal commitment is listed as November 30, 2026 through February 26, 2027, three days per week, Monday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m.–6:15 p.m., with employees choosing three of the four days in coordination with their manager.
