What you'll do

• Support financial advisors and sales staff with administrative and client service tasks
• prepare proposals, presentations, and client reports
• manage client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups
• maintain accurate CRM data and activity records
• assist with prospecting, lead generation, and onboarding
• process financial documents, applications, and account paperwork in compliance with regulations
• coordinate client requests and transactions with internal teams.
