Part-Time Credit and Collections Specialist

What you'll do

• Release daily orders from credit hold as needed
• make collection calls
• analyze customer accounts and pursue resolution and payment
• propose payment plans and credit limits for review
• document collections and disputes
• communicate with customers and sales staff
• coordinate with third-party collection agencies
• process credit card payments and post cash as needed
• monitor reports and prepare statements.
