Bilingual Human Resources Manager

The manager leads core HR operations and partners with the Chief Human Resources Officer to execute the HR roadmap as the organization grows. The role strengthens compliance, employee relations, performance management, leave processes, and staff development across the company’s centers and corporate teams.

What you'll do

• Lead employment compliance programs, audits, and corrective actions
• advise center directors and corporate managers on employee relations and performance issues
• conduct investigations
• lead performance management and annual reviews
• build and maintain leave-of-absence processes
• lead and develop a Senior HR Generalist
• coordinate with payroll, licensing, training, and operations
• lead compliance training
• support HR policies and handbooks
• track HR metrics
• oversee workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
