What you'll do

• Prepare, weigh, and combine ingredients according to batch records and recipes
• operate mixers, kettles, and blenders
• monitor batch parameters and collect quality-control samples
• coordinate batch transfers with the R2 operator and production team
• complete batch records and verify ingredient lots, dates, and quantities
• manage ingredient inventory and report shortages or quality concerns
• maintain a clean, food-safe area and follow allergen and GMP procedures.
