Front Desk Representative

What you'll do

• Answer calls and direct inquiries
• process student registrations
• provide facility tours and program explanations
• address member concerns
• greet parents and students
• maintain cleanliness of front desk, changing areas, restrooms, and observation areas
• handle email correspondence
• provide occasional administrative support
• prepare documentation and reports for pool staff
• enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary.
