What you'll do

• Lead accounting policy development and governance
• research and document accounting treatment for transactions and initiatives
• monitor accounting standards, SEC developments, and regulatory guidance
• lead implementation of new standards
• prepare technical accounting memoranda
• coordinate with auditors, regulators, and advisors
• support quarterly and annual SEC reporting and Forms 10-Q and 10-K.
