What you'll do

• Administer email accounts and basic user access
• accept customer calls, alerts, and escalations
• follow troubleshooting procedures
• investigate incidents reported by phone, email, and monitoring tools
• document tickets and maintain case ownership
• update customers on issue progress
• resolve known errors and escalate issues or process improvements
• maintain current runbook knowledge and pursue training
• provide after-hours on-call support as required
• mentor Level 1 Customer Service Representatives.
