Facilities Technician

What you'll do

• Conduct and document weekly interior and exterior walkthroughs
• address cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns
• coordinate contractors
• perform or oversee building repairs and HVAC maintenance
• maintain security systems and protocols
• support safety training and drills
• receive and store deliveries
• review expense reports
• prepare spaces and equipment for show changeovers
• and manage facility stock.
