What you'll do

• Conduct resident health assessments
• administer prescribed medications and treatment protocols
• monitor and document treatment responses and progress
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
• educate residents and families
• ensure compliance with facility regulations and protocols
• and assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers. Requires an active Tennessee or compact LPN or RN license.
