• Provide a positive and nurturing environment
• support children’s health and safety through consistent supervision
• keep classroom areas clean and maintain classroom arrangements and materials
• implement and follow an organized daily schedule
• support the Lead Teacher’s day-to-day classroom duties
• interact positively with children and parents
• encourage problem-solving and positive behavior.
