What you'll do

• Maintain property assets
• work with the Chief Engineer on preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, routine inspections, and capital expenditures
• assist guests with property knowledge and guest-room repairs
• assess assets through preventive maintenance
• recommend maintenance service solutions
• follow engineering standard operating procedures
• support other departments as needed
• drive carts, bobcats, and ice surfacing machines
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• attend required meetings.
