The Project Manager, Utility Infrastructure role is hybrid in Atlanta, GA, with one to two office days per week. The salary is $130,000–$165,000 per year, depending on experience. Coastal Talent Solutions describes the client as a growing construction and program management firm supporting major infrastructure and utility programs throughout the Southeast. The project manager oversees multiple utility relocation projects from initial requests through engineering, design, and construction. The role coordinates agencies, utilities, engineers, contractors, schedules, budgets, and deliverables to support a large-scale Atlanta-area infrastructure program.

What you'll do

  • Manage multiple utility relocation projects through different phases
  • coordinate relocation requests associated with DOT and municipal transportation projects
  • manage external engineering and design partners
  • coordinate designs, cost estimates, schedules, and deliverables
  • communicate with internal stakeholders, engineers, contractors, DOT, and municipal agencies
  • maintain schedules and forecasts
  • track budgets, costs, and variances
  • review invoices and project financial performance
  • identify and mitigate risks
  • maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation
  • review design and construction drawings
  • support transition into construction.
