What you'll do

• Develop and evaluate missile-system algorithms for tracking, targeting, signal processing, sensor fusion, estimation, decision logic, and performance optimization. Translate operational needs into algorithm concepts and MATLAB prototypes
• support verification and transition to C/C++ or embedded software. Design test cases, truth data, Monte Carlo analyses, and performance metrics
• integrate models with simulations, sensors, GNC, software, and test environments
• investigate anomalies. Define algorithm architecture and verification strategy, lead technical trades, mentor engineers, and coordinate across technical teams.
