Billing Specialist — Legal Billing

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and finalize legal invoices
• submit invoices through client portals and vendor systems
• resolve discrepancies, rejections, and adjustments
• maintain billing records
• implement client guideline updates
• coordinate with attorneys, clients, and internal teams
• support billing projects, system testing, process improvements, and high-volume periods.
