It contributes to reliable, high-quality customer service by completing projects safely and consistently and communicating clearly with customers about work on site.

What you'll do

• Perform home maintenance and repair projects
• lead, coach, and support technicians
• communicate with customers and manage expectations
• ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency
• complete projects such as bathroom and kitchen repairs, drywall, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic plumbing and electrical work.
