Restoration Technician

Job overview

The Restoration Technician role is onsite in Albert Lea, MN, and pays $19–$23 per hour. The position responds to property damage emergencies and supports SERVPRO’s stated goal of making property damage “Like it never even happened.” The technician evaluates and performs restoration and cleanup work, including water extraction, drying, fire-damage work, equipment setup, and demolition. The role also maintains project supplies and vehicles, communicates site findings and safety needs, and keeps clients informed about the restoration process.

What you'll do

• Respond to water- and fire-damage emergencies
• evaluate and perform restoration activities, including water extraction, equipment setup, and demolition
• load, inventory, and maintain work vehicles and supplies
• communicate hazards, site findings, and equipment needs to supervisors
• address client concerns and explain the restoration process
• perform cleanup, drying, and site-cleanup tasks.
