The Dishwasher role is onsite in Plano, TX. Pay is $15 per hour. The position supports Benihana’s kitchen team and helps maintain cleanliness and sanitation for restaurant operations. The dishwasher cleans and organizes kitchenware and work areas so equipment is ready for use and the back-of-house team can maintain smooth service. The role may also assist with basic food preparation and handling as needed.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain clean and organized dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage
• operate dishwashing machines and maintain proper chemical supplies
• remove trash and recycling
• clean floors, drains, and workstations
• store kitchen tools and equipment
• collaborate with the back-of-house team
• follow sanitation and safety requirements
• assist with basic prep and food handling as needed
• complete tasks assigned by chefs and kitchen leadership.
