What you'll do

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities when required
• provide mobility, positioning, transfer, or safety support when trained and authorized
• offer companionship and support community participation
• encourage independence
• follow individualized care, behavioral, medical, and safety instructions within scope and training
• observe and report concerns
• complete service documentation and timekeeping
• maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and respectful communication.
