What you'll do

• Manage front- and back-of-house employees and serve as the point of contact for team members across shifts
• act as General Manager when the General Manager is off shift
• coach managers and train hourly staff
• uphold operating procedures
• resolve guest issues and maintain dining-room service
• conduct pre-shift meetings and communicate updates
• interview and hire hourly staff
• administer discipline when needed
• open and close the restaurant
• conduct inventory counts in R365
• assist with weekly payroll
• order from vendors based on forecasts and usage levels.
