What you'll do

• Plan, implement, and evaluate children’s ministry programming
• select and adapt age-appropriate biblical curriculum
• recruit, train, and support volunteers
• partner with parents and provide family resources
• support children with diverse learning and behavioral needs
• steward ministry spaces, budget, and resources
• ensure programs follow church safety and child protection policies
• coordinate with pastoral staff and youth leadership.
