What you'll do

• Instruct and demonstrate exercises in accordance with program standards
• monitor participant health and safety and provide rescue or first aid when necessary
• report accidents and complete incident reports
• set up and break down equipment
• attend staff meetings and events
• communicate with members and direct them to YMCA services
• pursue professional development and required training.
